When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. At this appointment, all necessary x-rays will be taken. We will perform a comprehensive exam and evaluate all of your teeth and your gum tissue as well as evaluate the x-rays. An oral cancer screening will be performed. Our findings will be reviewed and a treatment plan proposed.
